This time, Tanaka Kei of “Ossan’s Love” fame took the top spot. Aiba Masaki who took the top spot for 3 consecutive years is at no. 2. The ‘drama effect’ is seen all too well as male leads of hit dramas made it to the ranking. Three men in their 40s also made it this year, with Oizumi Yo (45), Muro Tsuyoshi (43) and Takenouchi Yutaka (48).
